Really happy with Dylan as our building inspector. He was super thorough and just really easy to deal with the whole way through. We paid a bit extra for him to dig into the property files and properly check the quality of the EQC works, and it was money well spent – gave us a lot of peace of mind. I had a building report done in good time and in great detail before I brought my house. All information was easy to read and Dylan had added in additional information for my mortgage broker. The additional info was key in getting my offer over the line.

Dylan did our back deck at home and we're stoked about how it turned out. It looks well built. Attention to detail is great, well laid out and the edges are aesthetically pleasing. I can't describe well it but it just feels solid to walk on. It's a sick looking deck!

He also incorporated a privacy screen for us which looks sleek. Will definitely use his services again for home improvement, and building inspections.

We use this conpany for a pre-purchase inspection. The report was xtremely through, easy to read, and the inspection report arrived fastee than expected with lots of clear photos and moisture readings. Highly recommend. Five stars!
